Shipping and Returns
FREE Ground Shipping Continental US addresseson all orders over $500.00. Each product is shipped via UPS (Contiguous 48 States) or USPS (AK, HI) unless otherwise stated for that specific item. We do our best to process and ship each in-stock order within 24 hours of receipt of payment, however at times, due to high volume, we may experience a delay. For the protection of our customers, WireTechGadgets.com performs address verification on all orders and shall only ship packages to the known billing address or an authorized shipping address listed on the credit card. If you would like to ship your order to an address other than one listed on your credit card, you must fill out a credit card authorization form. Orders that require additional verification will ship once verification is received. Many in-stock orders received before 12:00 PM (Noon) EST will ship the same day. We always try to inform our customers of delays however, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their email address and phone number information is correct. Without a correct email address, WireTechGadgets.com will be unable to inform you of delays or verify shipment information.
Shipping Charges include: Processing, Packaging, Handling Charges, and shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable for any reason. All shipping charges are estimated for US contiguous 48 states, please contact us for shipping information for international orders. UPS Services and their stated delivery times are as advertised by UPS. According to UPS policy: Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipment times do not include weekends. For questions on actual shipping times, please contact UPS directly. WireTechGadgets.com is not responsible for UPS delivery times, delays in the delivery of your package does not constitute cause for refund of shipping costs, as we cannot guarantee or warranty shipping services provided by UPS. For items shipped under "Free Shipping" specials: if items are returned or exchanged, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the credit or refund NO EXCEPTIONS.
WireTechGadgets.com offers a limited* 30 day money back return policy. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned or refused goods. Returns are only accepted on unopened, unused restockable as brand new goods. After 30 days there are no returns on any items. If free shipping was offered on any items, the customer will now be responsible for the cost of the initial shipping in addition to the 20% restocking fee.
*There are absolutely no returns on cable products, DVR softwares or DVRs components.
If you observe that the box in which your items arrived in appears damaged by the shipping provider, you must contact us immediately upon receipt so we can arrange an on-site evaluation by our Shipping Provider.
An RMA number is required for all packages shipped to WireTechGadgets.com by a customer, or the package will be refused automatically by our receiving department. To get an RMA number, please fill out the RMA request form.
